1:00–4:00 p.m.:        Shelter time
2:30–3:30 p.m.:        Feeding of the Turkeys ceremony
4:00–5:00 p.m.:        Cocktail hour
5:00–6:30 p.m.:        Speaker presentations
6:30–7:30 p.m.:        Vegan Thanksgiving feast and dinner presentation
7:30–8:30 p.m.:        Dessert reception, book signing and evaluations
