Farm Sanctuary's 4th of July Pignic

In the true spirit of independence, Farm Sanctuary invites you to join us in celebrating the freedom of rescued farm animals at our New York Shelter's 4th of July Pignic-a special day of compassionate family entertainment, free vegan food and guided farm tours.

This year's Pignic features an educational caring kid's presentation and cooking demo by Amie Hamlin, as well as a special visit from Sammie and Tudie the clowns. Opportunities for play will also abound, including the Veggie Olympics, farm animal mural painting and, of course, time with the critters!

This fun-filled event is free and open to the public and will be held from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. on Friday, July 4. Grab your sunscreen, head to Farm Sanctuary and help us celebrate farm animal freedom!

For more information about the event, please contact Liz Pachaud at lpachaud@farmsanctuary.org or 607-583-2225 ext. 277.

Get directions to our shelter in Watkins Glen, NY.
