Heather Mills

Heather Mills is an individual who has made it a life mission to help farm animals. She has been a tireless activist for animals for many years, with an unparalleled list of victories to celebrate on their behalf. She has campaigned in Europe in defense of farm animals successfully persuading the grocery store chain Marks and Spensors to implement a boycott against companies using cruel pig farrowing crates. Heather was instrumental in the European ban outlawing the import of dog and cat fur from China in 27 countries, and J. Crew’s decision to pull their entire fur collection. She is an outspoken vegan, and steadfast in her commitment, is now working to advance a vegan diet through the development and promotion of delicious veggie meats. She has generously donated her meatless meat products and lent her creative culinary vision to make the Gala’s gourmet vegan dinner possible.
