Administrative Department Intern

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Bulk mailing projects
  • Photo and video archive projects
  • Assist with fulfillment of literature, humane education, and merchandise orders
  • Assist with event registrations
  • Assist with Adopt A Turkey program
  • Data entry projects
  • Filing projects
  • Assist with incoming mail processing

Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good attention to detail
  • Previous administrative experience required
  • Previous computer experience required

Specifications:

  • Volunteer commitment of 40 hours per week
  • One to three month commitment required
  • Shared housing available on the sanctuary premises
