Website Development Intern
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist
with website maintenance and updates
- Create
web-accessible versions of Farm Sanctuary literature
- Create
and implement code for new website projects including online petitions
and e-cards
- Create
video download center
- Review
and update high resolution photo download center
- Assist
with outlines for Farm Sanctuary website review and reconstruction
Qualifications:
- Related
degree or 1-year work experience preferred
- Knowledge
of web-based photo and video implementation
- Proficient
in web development software
- Photoshop
- Dreamweaver
- HTML and Javascript
- Flash (preferred)
- Video software (preferred)
Specifications:
- Volunteer
commitment of 40 hours per week
- PC
based work environment
- One
to three month commitment required
- Shared
housing available on the sanctuary premises
