New Paltz: Need a good home for a one of a kind pig. Sparky was born November 2005. His mother had a large litter and could not take care of him. Sparky came into the house. I bottle fed him, he was a hungry one! Woke up approx. every hour for 5 months. He would chase me around the house knocking me with his head. One day Sparky had a fever. I took him to the vet; they put him on antibiotics and hoped for the best. Well I slept next to him for the night; he did not leave my side. He got better. Now it is 2 years and a couple of months later. I live in New Paltz, NY along the Wallkill River where every spring the whole area floods tremendously at least twice. It is hard to haul a 700 pounder around. I bought him a trailer to make it easier for the both of us. P.S. He loves ice pops!
