2020 Valentine’s Day Event

Join us for our Valentine's event in Acton, CA!

Join us on Sunday, February 9 for our annual Valentine’s Day event at our Acton, CA sanctuary—home to over 100 rescued farm animals!

Valentine’s Day is a wonderful opportunity to honor the loving relationships we have in our lives, including romantic partnerships, friendships, family bonds and of course relationships with animals.

This relaxing event will allow you to get to know farm animals on a deeper level and enjoy a tasty vegan Valentine’s lunch!

Features

  • Sanctuary time with the cows, pigs, sheep, and other rescued residents who call Farm Sanctuary home!
  • An animal love story presentation by Shelter Manager, Jessica Due
  • Special take-home valentines
  • Vegan Valentine’s lunch in the courtyard
  • Photo Booth
  • Make your own Valentine station
  • Our gift shop, offering compassionate books, apparel, and other souvenirs, will also be open for browsing.

We are excited to continue this tradition of honoring the loving connections established at Farm Sanctuary, and hope to share this experience with you and the people that you love. Volunteer Opportunities

Farm Sanctuary, a source of education and inspiration for thousands of individuals each year, relies on the dedication of volunteers. We are currently seeking volunteers for Valentine’s Day, and we would love to have your help!

Volunteers are needed to assist with all aspects of the event: setup, parking, registration, food service, gate assistance, staffing barns, cleanup, and more.

For questions on volunteering or to sign up, please contact Katie Buxton.
