Exploring the Health of our Modern Food System

August 5, 2020
Virtual

The COVID 19 pandemic has exposed the systemic ills plaguing our food system and the impact on animals, workers, our communities, and the planet.

Join us on Wednesday, August 5th from 11am to 1pm Pacific/2pm to 4pm Eastern for a virtual symposium to examine some of the most interrelated issues of oppression in our time.

The event will be co-hosted by Megan Watkins, Farm Sanctuary’s CEO, and Miko Brown, Farm Sanctuary’s Manager of Social Justice Programs, and will feature four expert speakers. Together they will share hard truths and offer possibilities for collaboration and solidarity in the service of a more just and compassionate world. Don’t miss this thought-provoking discussion.

Participation in the event is free and completely virtual.  All content can be accessed from a computer, tablet, or smartphone. A replay of the webinar will be made available for registered participants.
